We are aware of an issue that start after 1430h. We are working on a fix. Mail is still being delivered to mailboxes and will be able once resolved.

Default PHP version

By the end of this week we all accounts will be running the latest 7.4.x version of PHP. This does not apply to any account that has set a specific version via cPanel, including versions starting with ALT-.

From today we have re-introduced the auto-reply acknowledgement of all emails. When you send an email to an enquiry, support or accounts related email address you will receive an email acknowledgement.
